I've got an abnormally high appetite which kills me on prep. I feel like everyone says that but even at my highest cals, 3200 is about the highest I can go although it varies by prep. This is when I can eat 6000-7000 a day and feel like I barely ate at all.
So, going to use fiber (likely ground flax seed or psyllium husk) to help curb appetite. Obviously this needs to be worked up to but does anyone have any experience with the highest safe intake per day or potential problems?
Thinking I'll start with 5g with or between a few meals per day and eventually work this up to 10g+ per meal for 6-7 meals
