I think everybody got crazy here.
I love heavy rear barbel shrugs for develope the traps, and close grip pull downs superset with pullover nautilus machine, very heavy is the best to sevelope a giant back like Dorian's.
You work your traps when you train: deadlifts, hammer rows, military presses, lateral raises.
You train your rear shoulder when you train: chest, deadlifts, military presses, all back exercises.
Some times the develope of a muscle is compromise by exess of training, the muscle is overtrained by the others exercises the indirect efect ( when you train legs for example the other muscles of the body grow to compensate the growth of the legs) and the direct workout. As you can see you train the same muscle several times a week and is impossible to the muscle get recuperate to grow.
If you have problems with develop your traps or rear shoulders, biceps or triceps, dont train them, the principal mistake is train more increasing sets and reps getting overtraining... ¡ More is not better !
I am sorry guys but HIT is the way, the shortest way to get big....
