Urine color

Is your urine typically clear in color, or often yellow?
I know the more water you drink the clearer it should be, but I rarely ever have clear urine even if I drink tons.
Been this way for 15 years or so.
Almost never take orals, just test and masteron, & gh.

It should have a slight light yellow color even when hydrated. If completely clear, you may be drinking a little too much water. Some vitamins and supplements will affect the color as well, particularly B vitamin.

I drink about 2 gallons a day. Urine is pretty much always clear or maybe has a hint of yellow from time to time.

The only time I notice clear urine is when I cut out multi-V and i drink 1-1.5 gallon of water a day easily.

Some docs refer to it as straw color and I have been told that is the ideal urine color to have.

The color of urine can be from meds and supplements too. I have a chart (GOOGLE IT) hanging in my bathroom to judge urine color for dehydration levels. It should be pretty clear.

I can tell if my water intake is correct by my color, Mine is clear if I am hydrated.
