USDA Visit from men in Suits...

Hey guys my friend just got a business card in his door from the food and Drug Administaration office of Criminal Investigations... All they did was leave a card. Does anyone have any idea what could happen to my boy.. Just say he had a pack intercepted,,, do you think he would have any problems.. Any feedback is appreciated

think the answer is pretty obvious....get a lawyer cause they'll probably be coming back and asking questions. i am guessing since the FDA is involved it has to do with peptides and gh and not aas or else it would have probably been DEA and they wouldnt have knocked or left a card. good luck.

haven't any of you guys been in trouble before? or prison. listen when ANY agency has a REAL case against you, they come kick your door down with 50 armed men. then you get arrested and get an expensive lawyer. if some agency came and left a card they want to QUESTION you. which means THEY AINT GOT SHIT ON YOU. they are hoping your going to be a dumb F**K and spill your guts or give up information - in a sense this would be doing their job for them. if they had a case the house would have been raided and arrests made. bottom line

I feel ya bro.. they said the wanted to ASK some questions and if I had any info on companies that ship aas... Thats all.. He asked if my friend would be available some time next week and all it would take would be half an hour...

Listen to Darmhok. Don't say ANYTHING. Nothing. Not the truth, and definately not a lie. They will intimidate and do everything they can to get you to talk to them...DON'T. I might be speculating but I sure if a package did get held it was probably one of those dudes that had stolen others identity and was using it to mail contraband into this country. It has happened before and I am sure it will keep on happening. What is this world coming to?

The "you have a right to remain silent" thing is the only thing you know - remember that - forget everything else. It also goes into effect way before they read your Miranda rights. Don't assume that it begins after they say them to you, it's not like the mooofies man.

I wouldn't be worried, but I would work on spacing myself from anything that could be incriminating.

Weird, usually you get a customs letter. Plus, they wouldnt just leave a card to give you a heads up to clean house. If they had a warrant they would have entered if you were not home already. If they didnt have a warrent then, then they probably wont have one in the future, just dont accept the pack if it arrives and nothing can be done to you.

Well
1. He had a package intercepted?
2. Was it illegal?
3. Did he buy with anything other than cash
4. Did he communicate through email(without security, in place)
5. Did he have it shipped to his address?
6. Is there any way he can be tied to this package

If You answered yes, to any of the questions above, he better get a good Lawyer and learn to play dumb and not answer any questions without this Lawyer.

By the way, I don't want to completely take you off base, but the FDA & USDA regulates me all the time. Hell, the can show up any time and do a criminal investigation against me. Oh, I own a Pest Control business, I have to file reports monthly for chemical use.

You see they do alot more than what you think, My guess, it would have been the DEA that showed up and not the FDA.
