I am in my 3rd week of IGF-peg MGF- test-eq
I take Peg MGF 2 days a week at 100mcg a shot first thing in the morning
I take IGF post workout 20min 3 days a week leg-back-chest days
I take 6ius HGH Mon-Wed- Fri first thing in the morning
I take 700 mgs Enanthate a week
I take 600 mgs EQ a week

As of this day 17 days in i have gained 10 lbs and dropped 1-2 %. my diet is far from clean and i may not be eating enough calories a day.. i am about 2000-2300 a day.. i woudl love to eat 3000 a day but i feel sickly when i do..

My strength has gone up crazy amounts, on average all major lifts are up 20% . bench went from 315lbs 5 reps to 370lbs 3 reps
squat was 405lbs 5 reps to 455 6 reps
bar curls 135lbs 6 reps to 150lbs 5 reps

when the test and eq kick in over the 5 days or so i shoudl start to see some reall good gains in size and look
 
you're not eating nearly enough...its a shame too as that's alot of $ in supps.

what are your stats and what's your cycle history?

I will have to force feed myslef to get 3500 calories in..

I agree with Belli, not nearly enough cals, even 3500 isnt enough. You should be taking in at least 5k a day of clean calories. i think your relying too much on your goodies and not focusing enough on your diet. You would make some real progress if you were eating a lot more. Just deal with it and get that food in, do what you have to do otherwise you will never break a curtain platue

Damn bro, you're about as wide as you are tall:) . I'm same wt and bf but 5'11". That would be the equiv of me weighing about 265 or so. Give me a few more years and I'll be there.

300-protein
900 carbs
100 fats

I would up the protein to at least 400g. 450g would be even better. Man how can you eat 900g of cards a day, what do they come from. Just intrested.

I completely agree with you Phil. It took me 16 years of trial and error to figure this out. It's hard to learn when you're body says one thing but everyone else keeps saying to stuff yourself constantly.

Phil's right, stuffing yourself when you aren't hungry will only make you fat.
 
Well here is an updates mates..

I did 5,000 calories a day for about 5 days and got sick as hell, not from food but i think it taxed my system so much to break down and digest then try to repair muscle it wore me down till i got a cold, then bronchitus then bedridden for 3 days...

I am going to stick with my original plan and stay about 500 claories above my BMR ... Thanks Phil for your advice here and in the PM's... what sounds good on paper never plays out the same way on the streets..
