If you want to do it properly, a sharps container is the way. Something like this....

Sharps container is the easiest IMHO...

They are cheap. Also, my local pharmacy takes them and disposes free of charge. Easy weezy!

I always used a sharps container, but I noticed very few people did that.
I was curious what diabetics were told to do with theirs, so I asked my girl to ask her diabetic aunt.
She said that the doctor told her it was perfectly fine to put them in a glass or plastic bottle with a cap and just throw it away. I was surprised, but that is what he told her.
Since then I have always put them in glass juice jars. I wrap the entire thing in duct tape and toss them out at the gas station when I fuel up.

I make sure to find a crowded local playground and bury them in the sandbox....

It is legal and advised here to put them in liquid laundry detergent bottles and obviously cap them before disposal.

I bury them in the sandbox at the nearest preschool.

I put them in an empty protein jug. When it's full I close it tight and throw it away. I used to stop at a gas station and throw them away there but I figure it's not the smartest thing driving around with used syringes with traces of AAS in them.

Large monster can with screw on lid. Metals the container requirement here, then drop in trash somewhere. Only place around thatll take sharps containers here is the police department and I'm not going there lol.

I learned to use laundry soap containers when I was a nurse. You must label it SHARPS and it can be brought to any medical institution for free. I know in New York you can set the labeled container on top for your garbag can in plane sight and they will take it Legaly.

My doc gives me a sharps container, when I fill it I bring it back and he gives me a new empty one. No charge

Dispose of them?! Hell, I re-use all my needles multiple times, just like I do with condoms! Gotta save a couple bucks here and there.

I use them twice, put the caps back on and put in old pickle jar, when fill, trash it.

I either put them in an empty laundry detergent or draino container or wait till my little one has a really rank diaper and wrap them up in that.
