I was not going to post this since it is hella embarassing.
See how many laughs I fkng get here.... Many moons ago, in my youthful days, I would run upwards of 50 miles a week. Did every 5 and 10k I could find. Ran several marathon's along the way as well That was from my teenage years up an through my mid 30's. I am about to be 42 and I am 50lbs heavier. I only run around a bit on the soccer field now and 3days cardio, but only keeping my heartbeat at about 130. Now that you have my a little bit of history,,,,,,,,,,,, OMFG,,,,,, I was at the park yesterday morning, just finished giving some private soccer lessions. The sessions end, I make a short 10minute jog to the bathroom and 4 big ass fkng dogs start chasing me. I am running around this playground to get to the bathroom. THE FKNG bathroom doors are LOCKED. I start running around the building about to cry like a baby, heart beating and about to explode. I climb up the lower end of the playground slide, halfway my hammy gives out, dog actually bites my fkng heal. I get up the slide, turn around and had to punch the pit in the face. It knocked him off the slide...... Luckly at this time a city parks department truck and pulled up, seen it all (stayed in his truck,, that fkr), but did call the police. I had my shoe off, swinging for my life, hammy cramping, literally pissing myself (literally) thinking why the fuck don't I do real cardio...until the police showed up. Sad to say he shot one dog as the others ran off. My hammy still hurts as does my pride. Lesson learned, it is not what you used to do,,,,it is what can you do now. Cramping,crying,pissing myself and having a heart attack..... hmmmmm cardio up to 150?
