What's guys and happy new years eve.
Now I know this is a great "do a google search or search the forums" response type of question but have done a fair amount of reading and searching but most of the anecdotal reading I've found on BPC157 is in regards to joint healing.
I've read a lot of the studies and information on the peptide and know that it has a lot of potential for improving gut health but haven't come across too many who use it mainly for that purpose.
I do a lot with my diet to really focus on optimizing my digestion and overall gut health but always run into issues when I add in more calories to try to gain some weight.
Anyway, for those who do/have used BPC157 for your gut, what was your dosing?
Was considering 250-500mcg/ed but again most of who I've spoken to have been dosing similar more for their joints.
