Using Rest pause and strategic deconditioning

Hi all

Was just thinking of ways to increase intensity in my workouts and add something new to the mix, which got me thinking about these two subjects. I know DC athlete's use alot of rest pause but was just wondering on everyone else's thoughts and also how to fit them in. Just 1 excersice per bodypart or all?

Also when do you take time off to recover? Do you have a set time i.e after an 8 week mesocycle or just whenever you feel worn out and maybe overtraining.

How would these two fit together? I was thinking if you use RP for higher intensity you would need more frequent breaks.

Phil I would appreciate your advice but also understand you have a business so no worries if you dont want to comment. Had a few financial issues lately but end of the month I'll hopefully be able to use your experience and training and take advantage of the strong £:D
 
Just when I feel worn out (weights stagnate for a number of movements simultaneously)
