Hi all
Was just thinking of ways to increase intensity in my workouts and add something new to the mix, which got me thinking about these two subjects. I know DC athlete's use alot of rest pause but was just wondering on everyone else's thoughts and also how to fit them in. Just 1 excersice per bodypart or all?
Also when do you take time off to recover? Do you have a set time i.e after an 8 week mesocycle or just whenever you feel worn out and maybe overtraining.
How would these two fit together? I was thinking if you use RP for higher intensity you would need more frequent breaks.

Phil I would appreciate your advice but also understand you have a business so no worries if you dont want to comment. Had a few financial issues lately but end of the month I'll hopefully be able to use your experience and training and take advantage of the strong £
