Trenbolone is the master drug in altering body composition. We have all heard about those gaining weight while getting leaner, and those eating garbage and not being able to get fat.
My experience is that it just slabs lean mass on me no matter how I eat.
My hypothesis is this. You should be eating high carbs on tren no matter cutting or bulking due to the nutrient partitioning and the massive glycogen storage.
Bulking on tren: utilizing high fats as well, due to the need of fat for protien tissue synthesis, minimal cardio if at all, depending on genetics for building muslce i.e. endo vs ecto
Cutting on Tren: High carbs, moderately high protein, (no need for very high since nitrogen retention is maxed out due to AAS and carbs), and LOW fats so that there is no fat storage due to high blood sugar. Liss Cardio every day (Liss because straight fat oxidation and no burning of glycogen during cardio like HITT would) and possibly cutters like t3, clen, or ECA if trying to get stage ready and counter the metabolic slowdown tren has because its so good at adding tissue.
