Of course the final two days of contest prep are surely less emphasis on protein and more on the carb up.
That said, what are members thoughts on my using True Protein's incredibly clean Whey Protein Isolate Cold Filtration as my protein source at that point ?
Zero sodium as well as fat, the stuff could not be more clean. Yes 5 grams of carbs but of course would be carbing up that point anyway.
Just thinking it would be far less bloating at that point given all the carbs (e.g. sweet potatoes) I would be already consuming.
