Im corn-fused. I mean did the plates have a heavier label and let people think they had the strength of mainevent or what?
Why do you suppose they did this? Entertainment value or something?

I was there when he did it. I forget what the actual weight was but it was in the low 300's I think or high 200's. It was for show for a new product.

Actually the weight was much less. It was at an expo booth this year at the Arnold (yea there is another thread with this already) There were kids (like 10-12 years old) doing 4 plates per side, it was a gimmick for a new product line. A long line of people there to get picutres/videos, etc.

Great marketing idea, but some people have been posting them as "true lifts" when they are pushing like 100 to 150lbs.
