Im actually heading out this weekend to sip on grandpas cough medicine, yea I need to head to AZ to visit the ol BBA and have u guys make fun of me so I can see what real BBers look like so I can hurry up and stop procrastinating in my journey to be a janitor.

Im not too worried the first cpl of weeks after a show its all edema, it actually takes awhile to go into the fat storage portion. One year i gained 70 lbs in 3 weeks after a show I was so swollen I could not move. I am a creature of extremes. I am already starting to pee more which means I am starting to peak then it will come back down and go to a more normal swole. No need to worry I already was given the "dont get too fat in the offseason" lecture from mighty phil and he is right. I still have veins in my abs and lines, just severely distended and bloated

but man the pumps are amazing during workouts.
