Vacation time with Her.

Last week I took some time off to spend some time with the young lady since I do not get to see her too much due to her living 3 hours from me. We decided to rent a condo in Boca Grande, Fl to get some R and R.

I left the world of dieting, training, muscle head and etc back at home and just enjoyed her company and spending time with one another.

Lots of grouper, swordfish, tuna, scallops, shrimp and steak...few drinks.

Just took a week off Phil. I am taking more of a maintenance approach for my diet right now. Really increased the fats to see how I repsond. I have gained more fat than usual but I am pleased with the amount of muscle I have put on. I will sacriface my look right to get where I want to be.

It does feel great being relaxed. Like I have said many times before...I have learned how to balance the most essential elements of life from you all.

I live life with her. I am not a big "junk" eater but did have some ice cream...cookie n cream...WOW! Just feel great when I stick to good solid foods.

good work, keep the food scale operating all year long my friend.. its the wise thing to do.. Junk food is for kids...Once you start it gets pretty addicting too..

I really enjoyed those pictures. Yeah, it's fun to lift- no doubt. I did it yesterday even after having an tooth pulled. [Crown that cracked] I decided to get one of those implants rather than mess around with it.

lol. Anyway- the fishing pictures are great. It's probably the reason I became a teacher. I float the river and fish all the time. Those pictures make me want to go to Boca or wherever you went. I've never been to Florida or seen the Ocean.

The pics of your woman in the black dress and flowers are nice! I like it that she likes to get out and paddle around too.
