Man I've been kicking ass last 6 months and vacation is kicking mine now. Pizza ice cream and beer. Oh yea and beer. It's amazing the food you used to think you loved now makes you sick. Lol. Sorry just ranting a little ready to get back in my groove

Enjoy it dude don't think of it like that, everyone needs a break your body will thank you later. If it's really stopping you from having a good time go get a workout in at the hotel gym, get a nice pump and hit the pool after. Trust me you'll feel better, always works for me.

Enjoy vacation. Enjoy some food. Just try to stay active and watch portion control. No need to eat till you want to burst. Eat that pizza, just not the whole thing .

Enjoy the vacation and detach from everything.

I have had some amazing gains coming back from a vacation where i ate when I wanted and what i wanted, drank all day and didnt even hit the gym once. You come back recharged and ready to go.

Once you get healthy and have been eating right for some time,,when you do go back to bad eating, fast food etc.. you realize how bad some of those foods can make you feel.
