Is it necessary to relieve the pressure prior to adding bacteriostatic water for reconstitution of lipolyzed powder or can ya just let it get sucked in? It sure does mix faster when water sucks in fast but dont want to damge HGH.

Hold back the plunger so it goes in slowly and aim the pin towards the side of the vial so it doesn't hit the cake directly.

bingo.......

Thanks BUT I tried that and the vacuum is seal is so tight- believe it or not it still sucks the water out of syringe even with plunger forcefully held back on a 23 guage. I was shocked. I did have pin against glass but it still gushes in. So wondering if i am causing harm cause i know gh can be fragile.

well then vent the vial first and release the vacuum.

My question is why a 23 gauge?

You have been shouting the superiority of SQ for a minute now, so why wouldnt you use a slin pin?

It would be easier to control...

If it is a strong suction why not shoot about 1cc of air in first?

well what would you shoot the water in with? my understanding was to get water in with 22-25 guage why should it matter. Gonna relieve pressure first now and pinning with 1/2" 29 guage. You suggest puttin in water with slin pin?

I'm assuming Strongrhino is using the Rips. They have a VERY strong vacuum seal and it does suck in the water regardless of whether the plunger is held back. I've personally have never seen a vacuum so powerful on a little vial! The 23" G (assuming 1.5" needle or so) is great to use when adding the B.water since, as Amazon Doll suggested, angling the needle to the side of the vial prevents the water from directly hitting the powder. A slin pin barely peaks beyond the rubber stopper so it would be a direct hit more often then not.

A good tip is to see the slot on the bottom of the stopper. Direct your slin pin to either side of the slotted area and slowly drip the water down the side of the vial. Much less force using a smaller gauge such as your slin pin to add your bac water.
