first id like to say thanks and by the way Nute your bigger then me im only like 212-214 contest weight.

what i didnt do was diet enuff , it came down to maybe 12 more days of hard dieting and 6 more days of cardio i was off a bit this yr , it was a matter of holding fat not water, but I needed to look that way i do in that pic lean and dry with no fat hopefully next yr ill bring my best condition ever .
