I've been converted too. I don't even like milk... never have. When I was a child, my mom was always trying to get me to drink it, but I wouldn't. My bf is lactose intolerant, so he buys chocolate soy milk. I don't drink a lot of it, but it's better than regular skim milk by far.

Office Conversion to Soy....

Over the last three years taken a formal double blind study poll of my refrigerator at my office. Everyone has switched to Soy over the last three years with about one holdout.

I use Lite Soy Vanilla, mixed with EV-PrO or with the Kashi Go Lean cereal or both.

Hard to go back, partially because the sweetness of the vanilla.

We use to give my youngest Daughter soy Milk...Then my in laws said they saw a study that showed that soy milk creates more estrogen in the body and could make lil boys gay!!!!! No shit they actually saw a study like this and of course believed it cuz it was on Fox news im sure...So Soy milk has been banned from the family...I just rolled my eyes and bit my tongue...

So Edge if you start growing boobies and calling Mainevent more than your usual 3 times a day then you will know why...

Does that milk have alot of carbs.

I buy the Hood Carb Countdown milk. I buy the non fat one so i can use it post workout with carbs and protein only shakes.
