Var Half-Life and Women's Dosing:

I have a question regarding Anavar half-life and women's dosing:

If one only has access to 10mg caps, would it still be effective taking the 10mg ED vs 5mg 2 times daily? I know the half life is short, thus the confusion.

This would be a first timer cycle for 12 weeks.

Half life is 9 hours and there is no problem with taking a single does of 10mg ED. I have very rarely heard any problems with var but still watch for sides horsness in voice etc.

Most women I work with have done very well with 5-10mg Anavar daily satcked with the supplement creatine.

i personally research A LOT and have read it can be hard on your liver 12 weeks sounds like a long time for a first timer, according to the book STEROIDS 101 you should hit hard and fast, then get off it

Muscles, I have never personally heard that about a Var cycle for a woman. Are you sure this is in regards to 10 or under mg? Most of the cycles I've seen are in the 10-12 week range on 5-10mg.

And by hard and fast, what duration and dosage are we talking here?
