As others have mentioned, it's LOW BODYFAT. Seriously, do you think you will be vascular all over legs and arms at 16 or 18% bodyfat? And that's probably the typical realistic bf of all the gym rats that work out year after year at my gym "bulking up" forever but never cutting down.

Do the 10-12 weeks of hard work, drop down to 10% or lower, and if you are on something as simple as 500mg of test, it will be pretty obvious as the veins pop out everywhere. It's not as sexy as "use tren 75mg EOD, plus 100mg Anadrol and then throw in some NOxplode pre-workout", but it works.

One warning: every time I got to what I considered great vascularity, my hemocrit levels were above the safe level. Could be just me, but just something to keep in mind for long-term health.

I plan on using 600mg of eq a week, test cypionate 600mg, a week and should I throw tren in at how much and how often?

i would do prop 100 mg ed 100mg eq ed and 50mg tren ed, pinning ed for me keeps better stable blood levels and i have less sides doing it this way but eq makes ur blood crazy thick and can increase anxiety even if u dont have it (thats what happened to me anyway) imo drop the tren and do var it is by far an awsome compound to increase vascularity btw i never pin on sundays thats my day of rest from being a pin cushion haha

I was never really vascular until I prepped for my last show. The combination of being super lean as well as manipulating my carb intake leading up to the show really helped my vascularity "pop". I also used IronMaglab's Super DMZ Rx which definitely helped bring out the veins.

I agree...The greatest vascularity tool on the planet! I have seen this work for many for competition or just for going to the beach!

I noticed a long time ago after my first cycle of eq I was a whole lot more vascular.

Im no pro but i think geneticd has to play a rolehere, even before i started lifting i had good veins , and wasnt all that lean, but tren makes it way better

I agree...Des w/ the pump and gh for thin skin, if your already somewhat lean. Eating a ton of asparagus also makes me crazy vascular... I even drink the asparagus water left over after cooking! I me some veins!!
