hey guys, I have a friend who is a vegan and shes looking to drop some bf% i know she does allot more cardio then needed and she also does weight training..she came to me asking for some help with getting leaner. I myself Follow skip's skip loading protocol when it comes to dieting..
So maybe there is a fellow vegan who has gotten stage ready who could share some of their diet advice because i don't know to much on the nutrition side of things on what she should be eating to fill her macro's and have like complete proteins and all that stuff to get leaner..so HELP!
I did not offer her any advice because like i said i don't know much on vegans and dieting so no reason for the blind to lead the blind.
