I know this is for bodybuilding but I need help.

My mom is 67 and her bp is 190/80
She's on a bp meds as of today (amlodipine 5mg once daily)
She also has a prolapsed bladder issue.

She was told to eat a lot of veggies for bp and such.
The problem is that she can't physical eat much of them.
Can she benefit from a powder? I believe knight mentioned
something like photonut...something?

Advice please

Phytoform. It's from prime nutrition. It would be better for her than nothing. But it won't contain all the fiber and stuff from whole veggies

Buy her a NutriBullet...All the fiber and a lot easier to ingest!

Phytoform is a great powder....especially taste wise.

If it is fiber you're after, why not fiberlyze or metamucil? If it's actually veggies....juicing(or blending--to keep the fiber) celery and beets are two powerhouses for BP lowering. You can mix in leafy greens, cucumbers and maybe a green apple to make it taste a bit better.

Phytoform does taste awesome but I'm leery of any of the fruits/greens products that don't list any %daily values for vitamins on their labels. Something like Green Vibrance, for example, spells out exactly how much of all the vitamins and minerals are in each serving. It seems like you'd want to list this sort of thing as a selling point if your product really contained adequate amounts of fruits/veggies. The ones that don't include this info and just have some sort of vague, "a whole bunch of stuff that's really good for you" type description of what you're getting lead me to believe that there's either no actual vitamin content at all or just so little that they're embarrassed to list it.

start ingesting smaller quantities then up the volume over time.

Costco has a greens/grass powder supplement that is very similar to Green Vibrance and alot cheaper. Sorry cant remember name off the top of my head.

NutriBullet I love mine. I also use Traderjoe's Greendrink.

Green Vibrance is what I use... it has a far more complete profile than Prime's product... probably doesn't taste as good, but i sweeten it with a little stevia and it isn't too bad. It smells worse than it tastes LOL

Although my vitamix is fun for blending things, too much fiber wrecks me, so the powder works well.

Does she have any other diagnosed cardiac issues, like arteriosclerosis? People don't realize that with issues like this, the elderly actually need higher b/p due to the lost elasticity in the blood vessels. Maybe not in your mothers case, but it might be something to look into.
