Venice Beach outside GYM.......open??????

It's run by Venice so I doubt it's open......don't want to drive all the way there & find out

Gyms are closed statewide. You can probably get to the beach itself, but not the gym.

I lived in Marina del Rey last year. It was awesome being able to work out at Gold's in Venice. I never tried Muscle Beach (the outdoor gym).

Muscle Beach is the outdoor gym. All gyms statewide were ordered closed by the governor a few days ago. Only "essential" businesses like grocery stores and pharmacies are allowed to stay open.

You could probably hop the fence and get a workout in if no one's around.

They shutdown the entire coast in my state. Just before the shutdown, you would of though it was 4th of July as crowded as it was. No self distancing whatsoever.

Exactly. People got time off of work for the virus and decied to hit the beach for R&R but didnt take into account the reason for the getting time off work was for social distancing and self isolation. Completely defeats the purpose of the shutdown. <palm smacks forehead>
