I honestly don't know, it is not as strong as clen on the receptors so I guess you could use it for a little longer, plus if I remember right it has 4 hr half life (or something like that) unlike clen so it will not burn you out as fast, with regards to T3, could not give you an accurate answer. IMO If I was training hard doing lots of cardio, perhaps more like a fitness type then I see albuterol having a distinct benefit, but for fatloss it is not in the same league as clen, but I struggle to train hard especially cardio on clen (walking has my heart rate at 130+)
If you are off season and in the mood to try it out then give it a go, I would think you will find something that it is useful in respect of your regime. I started crushing 4mg tablets and seeing how it went, but to feel anything I had to get up beyond 16mg.
