Vericiguat in chronic heart insufficiency

Hey guys,
i am currently refreshing my knowledge about the medication indicated for heart insufficiency.
In this context i came across Vericiguat and the medication Verquvo which is officially indicated for heart issuficiency with reduced EF.
Does anyone in here have experience with this one?
i am currently on this stack of drugs; Torasemide, Eplerenone, Entresto, Nebivolol, Jardiance.
I was never a big fan of Entreso due to its risks involved with kidney issues.
THought about substituting this with Verquvo or atleast ask my cardiologist about it.
Would like to have some opinions from you guys first since oftentimes, there is atleast a handful that knows more than most doctors

Not trying to derail, but add some *additionally* helpful tools for you to consider.

Look into Thymosin beta4 / TB-500. Cardiac repair/remodeling/regeneration (and consequently increased function) from a wide variety of heart pathologies is pretty impressive.

Veri is an additional drug ,does not replace ARB/ACEi nor SGLT2i . Anyway ,It's a marvelous drug ,very effective.
