Love Versa Grips.

Mine are at least 10 years old (maybe more). Look ratty as hell because the leather or whatever is used has become shredded from the palms. They still work. Great for pulling movements.

Once you use them for most people you will never even think about wanting to use straps again. I cant hardly train without them but then again I have the grip of a 12 year old pre pubescent girl.

Little tip.....If you happen to lose one Versa Gripps will send you just one for 30 bucks to replace it instead of you having to pay 60 bucks for a new pair.

Got my Pros and used them on back day. I'm sold, no going back now. Anyone use them for push exercises too? Can't see them being as useful for that but they will be a staple on my back day from now on!

I only use mine on back day...

Otherwise I use gloves with good wrist support.

I don't use the "grip" part so much on pushing exercises.. but If i am going heavy on a pushing exercises I wear them to keep my wrist supported... I also use the grip part for my bicep exercises... Some feel better with the grip and some don't.. just try it out and see how it feels with the exercise.

Versas are great for rope exercises also/ tricep ext curls etc...

Recently Purchased a pair of the Pro's. The more I use them the more i like them... Heavy duty material.. Can see why they last for Years.
