Very high DHEA on TRT

I have high DHEA, gyno and dry mouth/thirsty constantly, I thought it would be E2 but E2 is 20
DHEA is 730, top of range is 475. Everything else looks good. 3 weeks into this new TRT protocol by the way, could it be my body is adjusting? Before it I was doing 2x week injections now 3x a week and lowered the dose because I had symptoms of high E2

I'm just on TRT

You're not taking DHEA? Typically, if you have high DHEA, it means you've been taking it or possibly your body is converting a lot of your cholesterol into DHEA. DHEA is a mother hormone and can be converted into either testosterone or estrogen. If your body thinks you need estrogen, it converts DHEA to estrogen. E2 isn't the only type of estrogen you need to monitor. If you have gyno, you should be getting on something to block the conversion or block the receptors.

Not taking DHEA
Nolvadex or Ais just fuck my system up tho

Very likely it is completely unrelated to your TRT. Any new levels of stress in your life or medications? DHEA is upstream from testosterone so taking T exogenous should suppress DHEA, at least a little bit. DHEA is made by adrenals, I would start looking at that. Possibly get a Dutch test to see all the metabolites
