Bro who knows. Just take an amount of gear you are comfortable with that doesn't make you sick, train hard and eat a high protein, high carb, low fat diet. Not rocket science.

insulin and GH protocols really interest me.


i've always gotten fat from insulin because i never really knew how to use it properly.


seeing guys use 100's of iu per day downing 800g of carbs blows my mind

I've done 100+ ius from a combination of lantus and humalog. Works great but you can only do it for so long it doing it everyday. At the time I wasn't educated on insulin sensitivity so I bet I could do it better if I tried. Maybe sometime towards the end of the year I will try again.

This type of thing can really only be done well if you are already lean. Post show being a great time.

One gram of test weekly, 50 mgs of anadrol daily and 300 mgs of Tren weekly. I have to reduce those dosages by half at my age.
