Very low dose DNP

I have the 250mg caps in crystal form. I find it too strong. Although I saw posted here that the crystal caps were actually like a 200 dose. Still too much. My girl tried them too (she competes) and felt really bad on them. I like to try a low dose but cutting up powder inside a cap in half is a pain in the ass! LOL
Guess I should get off my lazy ass and break them up considering I have fucking boat load of them doing nothing.
BTW, the sponser had 50mg originally and my GF loved them so I figured 250's would be awesome. Yikes!

I've run DNP multiple different ways..

My best results were on 100mg everyday... Ran for 6 weeks with a perfect diet.

Allowed my training to stay on par as well as allowed me to do cardio which I couldn't do on higher doses..

My body responded EXTREMELY well to that dosing.. I went from 15% bf to 7-8%bf in that time...

My belief is take as little as needed to enhance your fat loss and allow your training, diet and cardio to do the rest...

I won't run it higher then that ever again. It sped up fat loss substantially

This method worked well for me. My fat loss wasn't as dramatic, but definitely more than with cardio and training alone.

I didn't realize they sold DNP is caps dosed at less than 200mg

Hell yes. I get the terrible shits on DNP. Not sure how to fix it. Imodium?

I'm doing some research to decide whether to embark on a very low dose DNP (50-100mg) for glucose metabolism and fat loss benefits. I found this article discussing DNP treatment for diabetes and liver problems. Also discusses a modified version of DNP which is slow release and limits the dangers of DNP. This may be old news to some but I thought it was interesting and wanted to share.

Been using 200mg(not crystal) the past 6 days or do. Haven't dropped any weight yet but diet has been way off due to the kids being home this week. Feel great not sweating much during the day or night. Sides are out of breath easier and extreme sweating while training but not when doing everyday things. Next week I may do 200mg one day 400 the next and repeat so I'm at 300mg/day total but won't go over that.

I always wondered why more sources didn't carry them in lower dosage 200mg is overkill

Thanks for the info, i got 50 mg caps that I was gonna ditch, but after reading this thread I feel more comfortable using it, I'll be trying the 100mg/ a day and see how it goes.
