Veteran first Test E Cycle.

Hello everyone,


I'm new to this and I am lost in the sauce. I've been looking through a lot of threads lately trying to find the right info. So I figured I would just post a thread and see if I could get any responses. I am currently researching for my first cycle of test e. I was wondering does this look right for a first cycle.

12 weeks at 500mg split in to 250mg twice a week.

PCT- will be Clomid or Nova.

I am 24 years old

Weight: 220

I have been training for 3 years and wanting to put on some size before the warm season hits. If I am missing anything please guide me in the right direction.

I think it looks good for a first cycle just make sure your diet is in check too.

I would add 25mg dbol to start the cycle. It's gonna take 3-4 weeks for test to kick in. This is an old fashion beginners cycle.

Also

I would add 1mg Arimidex 3x a week to control estrogen. This will help keep your hormones more level. You'll hold less water and less chance for acne. Good luck

How long should I run the dbol? Also would I start taking the Arimidex day 1 of the cycle?

I'm gonna disagree with this advice. Your first cycle does not require anything but test e.
Save the oral for a second or third cycle.
There is no reason to add more than you need.
You will see plenty of gains from a Test only cycle.
Include HCG throughout your cycle to keep your boys up and running.
run it along side your test.
Do have Adex on hand incase you need it, but dont take it unless you need it.
There is no reason to take what you dont need, but HAVE IT ON HAND along with Nolvadex and Clomid.
Your pct should include both. HCG is NOT for pct but rather to run during your cycle, just to be clear.

Start your pct 10-12 days after your last pin of test e.
You dont want to start that until the ester clears your system.
your last pin of hcg should be the same time as your test e.
pct for 4 weeks.
clomid and nolva 40mg ed for 2 weeks and 20mg ed for the last 2 weeks.

**My reasons for first cycle/one compound is you dont need more. if you start out with an injectable and an oral, you will have to add more the next time. 'kick starting' your cycle isnt necessary. If you truly feel you need to do that, use a short acting ester such as test prop for the first two weeks then drop it. Honestly, you dont need to do that. Just eat and lift, your test will kick in soon enough. this is not a fast sport so take your time and enjoy the ride. Good luck.

All of this is spot on. Test only, only use Aromasin if you need it, and learn from your first cycle. Some people run stuff and have no idea why they are running it besides someone on the net said to. It doesnt take 3-4 weeks for test to kick in. I guess some people think you body has a test bank and stores it for a month before it releases it. you will feel it after the first week. Keep it simple.
