Let's just say hypothetically that we are referring to a subject who is 5'11 205 at 10% bf. Let's also assume that his calorie expenditure throughout an average day, including training is right around 3700 calories. How many calories do you think would be too many to effectively turn those additional calories into muscle as opposed to unwanted bf? 4000? 4500? Any feedback would be appreciated. I guess in other words, what I'm asking is what % of your daily caloric expenditure can you consume and effectively prevent from turning to bf? 110%? 125%?
