Bro, how is his food intake? Is he eating some what clean and getting the best of good nutrition in him? Is he getting in enough Cal's every day? To me personally I would consider that a more important factor first. Then the pre/post w/o drinks second. Food is what is gonna give him size, strength, and power. IMHO.
 
I was captain of football team and started playing at 10yrs old. Was one of strongest kids on school. NO roids used. At 14 I was 5 9' 160 and just ate lots of protein shakes and senior year 17-18 some creatine. Should never need more than that. By senior year I was 190s solid. Bench over 300 easy. As long as your solid and quick you will do well in H.S. You don't need the roids. With heavy lifting and lots of food you should gain at least 10-15 pnds a year. I would have weighed more, but i always cut weight for wrestling season each year. Time I graduated I was 200pnds at only 5 9',.

are you kidding that rumor is been going around since the late 80's.
never had an issue with it been useing for years. or maybe i had a few inches to spare.:D
you could probly google creatine sides.

been tellin the boy for a while now about diet.... wont listen to me he needs to read it from u guy's.. when i heard about the creatine i busted a gut.... he came home today with flavored whey... I WAS SOOOO PISSED !!!. I STILL GOT SOME FROM VIAL AND CRIMPERS(IP).. IT PLAIN .. I TOLD HIM I COULD MIX IT WITH NESTLE'S QUICK AND HE STILL SPENT $ ON BULLSHIT WHEY.. thank's for all advise you guy's got to give him ... i got back disease and hardly a good example.. dosent mean im not old school on this.. kinda like your mother SAYING

FOOD FOOD FOOD AND LOTS OF IT.

I USED MOSTLY PROTEIN AND CREATINE SENIOR YEAR WHEN I HAD A JOB OR DURING AROUND WRESTLING WHEN I HAD TO CUT WEIGHT HAD SHAKES INSTAED OF LOTS OF FOOD.

SHAKES AND CREATINE HELPED A LITTLE, BUT YOU NEED TO REPLACE IT WITH SOMETHING FOOD OR YOU LOOSE WHAT YOU GAINED.

SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS, HAMBURGERS AND MEATLOAF AND POTATOES, I REMEMBERED EATING ALL THE TIME AND LIFTING HEAVY TO GAIN.

Perhaps do not focus so much on Post workout drink as much as just eating after training. As long as he gets some good wholesome food in him after training that will be as good if not better than a drink. Drinks were born out of conveience and have taken on the role as a monster among the bbing set. Before protein drinks it used to be a half gallon of milk, some turkey and some potatoes. Sometimes we just get too carried away with all this post work out hype and forget that real food will do the trick.

Tell the boy to go and eat!!!!

with that being said. There has NEVER to this day been a powder, liquid, or patch that has ever been medically proven to increase the size of a mans penis! NEVER! So how in the world could there be a product that shortens a mans penis. The only thing known to shorten a mans penis is Lorena Bobbitt. John Wayne Bobbitt's wife! END OF STORY!

As far as creatine goes. As for the countless amounts of products that have hit the market over the last 10 to 15 years. Creatine has succesfully been proven to be the one true product that has held up to its claims. There is a ton of research on the net about this product. I would suggest rather then arguing with your friend how it works. Have you friend show you proof that it doesn't and it shrinks the wanker! I'm sure you'll be one friend shorter in the world but hey. Life will be good again for you! :D

I wouldn't just focus on PreW and PostW

My workout partner has a 14 year old son who is in summer training for football. They work him very, very hard. I think the important thing is to just EAT!! His metabolism at that age is probably going 120 mph. I bet he is getting taller by the day + his training + trying to beef up, so… JUST EAT PLENTY OF GOOD FOOD!

At his age he is starting into prime growing times , his hormones are in overdrive absolutly no reason to do anything but take advantage of that , so of the best gains a human can make is when their in the 12-18 year range.

I'd just make sure that he is getting enough quality food rather than the "crap" that most kids eat. Plenty of protien and quality carbs thoughout the day and most improtantly plenty of water , most if not every young person I know has zero understanding how important water is to proper body function and health
 
+1 what everyone else said about the food.

This part is off topic a bit, but if he's trying out for football the best thing he could do right now is become a student of the game. Learn the scheme and understand his role in it. At the high school level this will put him ahead of anyone bigger or faster. JMO.
