From the youtube description.
A mere 8 weeks out from the Tampa Pro show and attempting to qualify for the 2013 Mr. Olympia competition, Animal athlete and IFBB Pro Evan "Ox" Centopani takes a cerebral approach to making improvements. Examining his genetics and structure, diagnosing his perceived weaknesses, he applies new training techniques in order to grow. In this video, Ox also discusses what he looks for in an ideal training partner and he employs a new method in analyzing his physique and gauging his progress. Enlisting the help of NPC Jr. National overall winner Marc Antoine Andrade and renowned diet guru Chris Aceto, Ox seeks to raise the bar yet again.
Had a chance to meet him couple years ago. Really nice guy. Down to earth and humble. Hope he does well and qualifies for the O !
