Well i made a video of my computer screen lol its kinda crappy in quality but hey i suck with computers

these clips in the vid i beleive were about 1 1/2 yrs ago right before my photoshoot for musclemag , ill be making me new vid soon prolly after the holidays and get some heavy lifting on tape .

Looking Good

That is pretty good stuff, the first little part you legs aren't nearly as big as they are at the end, where you are horizontal on the screen. Video gave me some inspiration to get some more size on my pecs, your pecs are looking swole. You train at that Golds in Scottsdale? I love that place, really good gym.

Great observation bro , yea the vids of me in the posing trunks it was 1st thing in the morning note the hairdoo lol yea but i was much flatter in those clips it was getting close to the shoot and i was depleted and waiting for my carb load, now the ones of my legs in the gym well thats me with some carbs in me so im fuller , thanks i thought it would be somewhat entertaining

The video actually cut out half way through for me, something wrong with my computer most likely (piece of crap).

But what I saw was the posing in the mirror and damn your upper body looked awesome. You were seriously shredded.

You said it was before a photo shoot, do you have a link to the shots from the mags?

Hey i keep trying it on putfile.com but it doesnt upload or i dont know how to retrieve it , does it have a time limit on it? for some fn reason i cant get it to upload , is there anyway you could hook it up for me ? and post the link on here? lemme know bro thanks.
