nice vid bro,this thread should be big help to alot of people if they will listen,i had bad problems with inner and outer elbows,and nothing helped me but ART,it hurt like hell the first 4-5 sessions but i improved quickly,i always recommend this but seems like many do not try it.

If i had truly unlimited funds there are 2 big changes i would make BBing wise:

1) more GH

2) ART 3x/week forever

I have said this before my guy here in Vegas literally gave me my shoulder back and ANY injury I have had he has either taken care of in one visit or IMO drastically cut my recovery time.

Where can you find a good ART therapist?

I paid good money for one and it ended up being this frail woman who honestly didnt do anything. I could do better just using a foam roller, i was so disappointed.

I want to find someone who will put me through hell, not give me a massage.

Im in the NW Chicagoland area btw....

The guy in the video is a true genius. He`s actually worked on me once, and I was trained by him as well. The guy is strong as hell, I`ve seen him use a 100lbs dumbbell on preacher curl. It was funny, we went to a strip club together and some of the girls knew who he was and he was getting more attention than 2 meathead bodybuilders, one sitting at 245lbs and the other guy at 275lbs lean.

i started here when i first looked Active Release Techniques: A.R.T.
but maybe nzrabbit can tell u better

Like all things in life these days you've got to do your research... most would have some sort of internet profile and you can ascertain whether or not they're going to have tough thumbs and good testimonials.

In all honesty most of the people I've done the courses with I wouldn't pay to treat me... but there are some absolute guns out there as well.

Yes someone else mentioned the poliquin centre in chicago... that's where I'd be heading no doubt...

I really like ART, and while I found a good practitioner where I live, I still feel like he cuts it short. He is a chiro and of course it's hard to make a killer living if you stop and treat someone's body for an hour. My visits are usually about 15 minutes and I usually leave wishing we had just got started. I simply have too many issues, and deep ones at that, to get what I need out of a fast visit. Until I pay off my deductible it's 56 bucks a visit which gets really old, because I think three times a week is a decent start.
