Video of two pro bodybuilders during final days of contest and backstage

I enjoy watching various bodybuilding videos but I have never seen one this up close showing backstage etc. It's a really great watch for anyone into bodybuilding. It's Antoine Valliant and Frank McGrath and includes various other bodybuilders. The series includes training, eating, hotel room, Toronto Pro expo, backstage and a photoshoot. You can see Frank really suffers especially during the show day. The vascularity in his calves and arms in the hotel room later on is the freakiest I have ever seen. He says himself it's the most vascular he has ever been. It's a good watch if you are ever bored (lasts a long time). Here is the whole thing...

Thanks for posting Elvia. Has anyone heard how Antoine is doing? Hopefully he comes back healthy. Such an energetic and funny character, wouldn't be a terrible decision by Animal to keep him on even if he was non-competing.

I watched most of every one...the veins in the hotel room is just sick. I like the end where Antione is eating and the girls next to him are looking like wtf...two of my favorite bodybuilders for sure

In regard to that, I'm excited to be reading JM's blog detailing his diet and training leading up to the Arnold...kind of a similar thing to what we're seeing here, but obviously not as intimate with the 2-3 days pre-competition.

That should be great. Although not sure how many would do what Antoine did in these. I don't think there are many pro's with the personality to do such a thing. I watch quite a lot of bodybuilding stuff on you-tube these days but Antoine's are some of the best.

I watched all of them, I found them very enjoyable. I have always liked franks freakishness, and AV I love that guy. He is very likable. I like how he put himself out there and did the show even though he knew it was not his best package. Thanks for sharing!
