LOL I cut my night routine short as a couple of us guys promised Charles Dixon that we would to get him out of there before his favorite pizza joint closed...LOL that's what friends do.. ha ha ha

anyways I like videos from shows better than pics cause videos show your detail better, I hate looking at pics of me from shows..:(

Question if I may....you ever notice when you do your front dbl bi shot it seems as if you are keeping your fists in the middle of your body and sliding up as opposed to starting low and wide and making a big arc with your arms then flexing/hitting the pose? I notice the same movement/method with your rear dbl bicep and at least from the phone cam video it seems as if you do something similar as if you probably have another one or 2 inches on each side to open up/spread the lats more.

I wonder if it's one of 3 things. You do it on purpose or you do it by habit or maybe you have an impingement something. The last part is what I have but slowly going away after getting Rolfing done. It doesn't take away from your physique at all just something my eye picked up.

I'd be curious if someone with a better eye than me could chime in like Lenny or a judge etc

winner winner chicken dinner :lightbulb: yes I have problems, also its hard to not have one shoulder higher than the other when doing front, back double biceps and standing relaxed, have to work hard on keeping shoulder even.

Ahh ok. Like I said I'm sure it does nothing to the opinion of the judges. It something I happened to see. My Rolfer has been doing amazing things with my traps and lats and shoulders/pecs.

probably triceps, i just don't like my triceps, especially my outter head of my tri's. honestly i just don't like the genetic shape of them thats all.
