I’m young so unfortunately I didn’t get to see Evan in his prime, but I watched a ton of his content with animal when I was first getting in to bodybuilding. Always came across as a super good guy.

Yeah back then when ppl turned Pro they got a photoshoot with MD magazine and Dave Palumbo said Evan really had a great future in Bodybuilding. Damn im old as fuck

He said at one point he was taking a CC of Prop daily along with 500MG of TEST E weekly and 100mg Test Susp 5X weekly. Thats at least 1700mg of test alone, possibly more depending upon if it was prop 200 or prop 250, which he did not specify.

Important to remember that 500mg of test suspension is basically 700mg of test e due to ester weight IIRC

And 700mg of prop is basically 800mg test e

He posted a clip of this on IG, mentioning GH15, and Steve immediately thinks of the GH15 boards.

That just irritates me. For several reasons.

Part of me is just irritated at these influencers, coaches, and charlatans (and Steve isn't the last), who get all this air-time, when they are relative newbs who really don't know what they are talking about, and if they do, they don't know anything that everyone else doesn't know.

The other part of me is like, come on, if you automatically think the GH15 board when you think GH15, then you don't even know GH15. He was on Getbig for like 5 years before he went off on created his own board.

You do know that there is NO LIMIT of "air time" and you, me, or anybody can start a YT channel. People complain so much about these guys, so get out there and "do it the right way.' Show us how it's supposed to be done!

As a teenager when I started lifting in 1991, my dads friend had a load of muscle and fitness from the early 80’s in his garage and gave them to me.
