I've brought this up before but curious if anyone else deals with this. A while back, started supplementing with vit k2. Started getting nosebleeds very consistently. Started dropping certain supps and no luck. Finally dropped vit k2, nosebleeds stopped. I wanted to be 100% sure it was the k2 causing it. So I just started supplementing with k2 again, specifically m7, only a few days ago, and last night, nosebleed. It didn't last long at all but still I'd rather not deal with them.

So just curious who has dealt with them and if anyone has a clue as to the reasoning. I've done a few searches and haven't found a definite answer. Most info states a deficiency in vit k2 can cause nosebleeds due to blood not clotting properly.

Interesting..whats your diet like and what exactly are you taking at the moment?

Are you taking vitamin D3 too

Offsubject: has anyone noticed while taking k2 that all cavities virtually disappear?

Cavities like in your teeth? Thatd be a pretty sweet beneift

Search all Blood Tests - Life Extension Blood Tests you can use a lab like this to find the right balance in your body.

Thought about doing this a while ago but never followed through.

Yes sir, along with the other times I've tried vit k2.

At one point actually thought it was the d3 causing them.

The cavities thing is interesting

Diet is on point. Not taking anything that would be causing nose bleeds. Like I said, all was good until I implemented vit k2 again.

Same here, had to stop taking it. I also have an iron deficiency anemia, so not sure if that was related. Phidias I believe said it also caused him nosebleeds.

Well, the foods you may be eating may have to much k2 in it or to little. The only way to really tell is through blood work or unfortunately it becomes a guessing game.

I got a link right here that will go into more depth of what I'm talking about**broken link removed**

Its not news to me the thing about cavities :D But I cant really post more things like that here because there seem to be some sort of allegiance with the mainstream medical system and pharmaceutical corporations.

But yeah its true. Cavities for a fact can be 100% stopped on their tracks through nutrients. Several naturopathic doctors theorized that cavities can even be reversed and allow the teeth to regrow. This is not scientifically proven though. Meanwhile, I developed some cavities many years ago after wearing braces for years. But instead of going back and paying thousands for fillings, I stopped their advance with nutrients. Been sitting there for years.

BTW, cavities IS NOT a result of eating too much sugar, but rather a deficiency of essential nutrients. The sugar scare has been spread by the wrong specialist. i.e., MD's.

I've been on 400 mg of K2 and 10,000 iu of D3 for about a month. This was for the reported help in clearing arterial plaque. I have read extensively on the effects on cavities and I have one I hope to cure. I have experienced no nose bleeds.

Do you take lots of fish (or similar) oil? The blood thinning effects of those added to the vitamin k2 can definitely worsen nose bleeds. As a result I try to take my vit k2 separately and never have issues. When I was using vit k2 and 2g fish oil together I would get nose bleeds (never with fish oil only).

Don't use fish oil. At one point I was and I thought it was the fish oil as I've heard this also. So I dropped the fish oil and they continued with k2.
