I have been in this hobby for many years now and consider myself pretty educated when it comes to training, supplements, HRT, and more importantly eating higher calories and different ratio's of nutrients than what is recommended in the stupid US RDA
But I came across something the other day that's a little peculiar.
Wandering thru my local bulk foods warehouse the other day I came across some multivitamins. One was the regular vitamin and one was the "Silver" vitamin. You know, more suited for mature (over 50) adults as they have special needs I guess
Anyway, The only difference I saw between the two types was;
Regular has 100% RDA of all vitamins
Silver has 100% RDA of all vitamins except for Vitamin B12 which was 400% but it contained NO IRON and NO TIN
Anyone know why the Silver generation might be better off with these 3 changes?
I am stumped
