Has no sodium in it..used it after prejudging..was pretty good..

Me, personally I think they are all bullshit. Just another so called healthy gimmick that really has no value in training. If you need vitamins, take vitamins. I drink nothing but plain old water when I train, I do not get any spikes from sugar and i drink gallons of water when I train. It is the best thing when lifting. if your diet is right you will not need anything other than regular vitamins and water. Plain water is cheaper too!
