I am getting ready to start getting into shape just like everyone else. I am however going to do under the advice of many to start normal before starting AAS. I got my Creatine and Protein. I got some Animal paks for my vitamins. I got my glutamine also. Is there anything else that I should take to just keep the body going? I am a beginner and I know this question sounds dumb but remember when everyone in here started they all new not a thing on how to get started right. I am one of those and looking for honest help here. I am also looking at some one telling me about a few things that I can take to eat on the go. I am on the go all the time. I bought some packaged tuna and protein bars and jerky. Can anyone think of other things that don't need to be kept cool or on ice? Besides meal replacements? I got them also.
