If we have to go with a powerlifter then I would go with either Big Byrd - his dead lifting pic was pretty motivating or Squatter - he's all over the powerlifting forum!

...but I would honestly say that this last month, hands down, should go to GOOEY. That guy has been on here every day giving great advice posting research and most of all keeping us motivativated with his post on "what it takes" If possible i would nominate him.

ALL ARE GOOD DUDES.....I THINK EXCEL ASKED US FOR A 'POWERLIFTER/STONGMAN....NOT A BODYBUILDER...RIGHT???

I MUST VOTE FOR SQUATTER.....IF YOU GUYS KNEW HIM PERSONALLY...YOU'D BE MORE IMPRESSED BY HIS PERSONALITY AND THE FACT THAT HE'S JUST A GREAT PERSON THAN HIS STRENGTH ACCOMPLISHMENTS AT THE WORLD'S STRONGEST MAN COMPETITIONS.

I will see if my old friend Art Lebare is still lerking around.. maybe hes here just under a different handle have'nt heard from him in some time..... Ill see if I can contact Art to hit up Ed Coan and see if I can get em both here... they would both be a wealth of knowledge here. Art used to mod for me on mesomorph soon to be back up and running...under a new site name invite only for starters..

Hey huge, u know Coan? im going to Chicago at the end of the month. would really like to meet him if u can set that up. i went to northside Quads last time i was up there and missed him since hes at southside.

I know Art Lebare him and Coan are good friends I was thinking Art could bring Coan over here. Sorry if I confused you. I was in contact with Art regularly awhile back. He used to mod for me on meso my old site. Went by the name solong on the site. Anyhow....him and coan were good friends.

Max supplements thanks for the vote. I would nominate Squatter.
He is one of the top US strongmen. Just a couple of weeks ago, he qualified for a Worlds Strongest Man Super Series event. If you know anything about strongman, you know that is pretty good!

i think that he hasnt posted one yet xcel, maybe he will read this thread and do it. anybody that can close a #2 gripper must have a pretty good grip.
