Just consistency in the gym and in the kitchen. Sure very high end athletes need more but for us average guys work out hard, stay healthy and safe, and eat healthy with a good amount of protein, veggies, healthy fats.a
I mean sure i could get into training theory, and nutrition and some high level stuff and sometimes i will but for the most part, as you pointed out, there are plenty of guys on here who can do that and have time for it. Id rather answer questions you wont find on a routine google search.
