At this point i must say i was NOT impressed by this product, and would not reccomend it. It may work for somone that is able to stay at a very low/carb low cal diet, but the appetite suppresion just isn't their like with an eca or a product like alri venom. It seemed to work at first but really leveled of after the first week. If i were going to use this again i would need to run it with an eca

I am very skeptical about 99% of the supps on the market.
Wont buy anything until someone like you lets me know.
