This is my view on it:
1.No squats
2.No deadlifts,
3.Use rowing machines instead of free dumbell/barbell rows.
4.NO direct abs work
5. No intercostal/Lombar muscle work
6.Drink green tea/cofee 3 times per day.
7.Do not overeat food , even when dieting with healthy food including vegetables
8. Avoid sodas / diet sodas to the maximum ( pepsi light/cola zero).
9. Do vaccums on empty stomach each morning for 5 minutes.
10. Try to get the belt to go as far as you can and hold it for 20-30 seconds in between sets when working out ( on everything).
These are 10 great tips! I do some but not all. I am going to try to incorporate all into my daily routine. Thanks.
