Waist size??

This is my view on it:

1.No squats
2.No deadlifts,
3.Use rowing machines instead of free dumbell/barbell rows.
4.NO direct abs work
5. No intercostal/Lombar muscle work
6.Drink green tea/cofee 3 times per day.
7.Do not overeat food , even when dieting with healthy food including vegetables
8. Avoid sodas / diet sodas to the maximum ( pepsi light/cola zero).
9. Do vaccums on empty stomach each morning for 5 minutes.
10. Try to get the belt to go as far as you can and hold it for 20-30 seconds in between sets when working out ( on everything).

These are 10 great tips! I do some but not all. I am going to try to incorporate all into my daily routine. Thanks.

Without a picture, you can't really see if this guy has a problem or not. 34 at 235 is pretty dam good. I personally like to see a picture. Maybe he doesn't have a problem like he thinks. And 28" on a guy is unbelievable at 195 weight. I am not going to get into a debate with you. I do read and see that some things don't add up, hence making that statement, LOL

The guy stated he wants to tighten the waist up. To me that means smaller waist.. Building bigger shoulders and widening the back is all well and good, for the illusion of looking smaller in the waist, but if he wants to tighten the waist up, he needs to change his diet and lose weight. Simple as that.. Like I said earlier, Im normally a 34, I lose 27-30lbs and my waist shrinks to a 31. And I am naturally broad to begin with, so I look even bigger at 205-207..

LOL, No offense, but I like to see a guy with a 31" waist at that weight. My son weighs about 130 pounds at 6' and has a waist that size and he is skinny. I actually PM this guy and wanted to see a picture. I knew what he was talking about, his waist is not fat, but thick according to him. So, DIET will do nothing in this case.
