Waist trainers can do more harm then good. How do you trainer your waist ot be smaller? by constricting it and crushing your organs and ribs , not something good . IMO the people who swear by them are dieting and doing tons of cardio and then give credit to the waist trainer

Waist tainers are great for skin tight in while you lose weight from diet and such.

yeah guys im aware Diet is #1 when it comes to abs , and genetics will dictate how big or small your waist will be , just looking for a lil bit of help.
i guess ill keep doing vacums and working on my abs and getting my back wider to give the illusion of a smaller waist
