Wake up to this

I wanted to share this with everyone here because it lit a fire under my ass before I worked out the other day. I now wake up and listen to this or one of the others that pops up under it on Youtube everyday before I go to work or work out or whatever. I'm sure some have heard it in one form or another. Mickey, Rockys trainer nearly had me in tears. Very inspiring.

Anything that's helps with motivation or inspiration I'm definitely interested in. Good way to get a nice frame of mind starting each day.

You're welcome guys. I've read The Power of Now by Ekhart Tolle and other stuff but getting up and listening to one of these vids while doing my morning routine in the kitchen mixed with any parts of Tool, Metallica or Pantera really makes me want to squeeze the juice out of each day. I've got a Mirko Crocop look on my face when I walk into the gym after that.

It's not how hard you can hit. It's how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.
