I have a milk protein shake in the middle of the night when I wake to piss. If I didn't wake to piss I wouldn't lose any sleep over it though. Don't think I've gone a night without pissing in about 10 years though lol. I certainly wouldn't set an alarm for it though, I would just trickle feed it into next days macros if I slept through, like an extra 8g protein per meal.
