i want to try these cable pulls, but for some reason. i just can't picture how they're done. can anyone elaborate a little??? maybe i'm just a moron today.

I call them supermans cause you lay face down on a bench with a slight incline and extend one arm with a fist like your flying like super man then simply pull elbow back tight to side and squeeze .

ok, i think i get it now. you put the bench parallel with the cabel crossover machine. and while laying on the bench on your stomach, put one arm out in front of you and pull down until your elbow touches your side, while contracting your lat. i thought you meant have the bench sideways and your arm out to the side, thats what confused me. thanks v.
